How to apply

The investment in the Moldova’s citizenship-by-investment program is based on a donation to the Public Investment Fund (PIF), starting at EUR 100,000 for a single applicant, EUR 115,000 for a couple, and EUR 155,000 for a family of five or more.

The application process to Moldovan citizenship is 90 days from the date of file submission. There is no interview or requirement to travel to the country during the application process. The investor is also not required to reside in Moldova in any period during the application process or after granted citizenship.

Moldova’s citizenship gives visa-free or visa-on-arrival to 122 countries, which also includes the Schengen countries stay for up to 90 days within every 180-day period. There is visa-free access to all European Union countries as well Switzerland, Russia and Turkey.
